Our Duty is supporting California’s ballot initiative that will stop gender in its tracks.
It will:
- prohibit schools from socially transitioning a student without parental notice or consent
- Return sports, bathrooms and changing rooms to be based upon sex, not gender identity
- ban all gender interventions on minors – no puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones or surgeries
To qualify for the ballot and permit the California voters, who overwhelmingly would vote to approve the measure, Protect Kids of California needs to collect just under 550,000 valid signatures.
