For a child to start thinking of themselves as transgender they need to be both susceptible and indoctrinated. It is an obvious truth that not all susceptible youth will develop transgender ideation. Indeed, were it not for the widespread promotion of gender identity ideology then almost all children will be safe from its harms. Genuine gender dysphoria was exceptionally rare before the recent trend to validate, and in some cases even celebrate, it.

Indoctrination begins in the classroom. Activist teachers promote the Gender Unicorn, the Genderbread Person, and that gender is a spectrum from G.I. Joe to Barbie. The prevention of transgender ideation has to start with the elimination of gender identity ideology from schools. Beyond schools, the ‘woke mind virus’ has wormed its way into children’s entertainment. Not just activists on YouTube  but right into the mainstream with Disney and Nickelodeon amongst those producing content for children while high on the gender identity Kool-Aid.

Sometimes these misdiagnosed kids are told — by clinicians — that they’ll kill themselves if they don’t transition, despite the flimsy evidence for such claims.

The science of gender-affirming care actually doesn’t support claims that it’s life-saving — despite assertions by major medical associations.

Vectors of Indoctrination

Educational Policies and Curriculum Changes

  • Mechanism: Many schools have adopted materials and policies that incorporate gender identity ideology, promoting concepts of gender fluidity and self-identification in lessons as early as primary school. Gender identity ideology is a contested belief and teaching it as if it were fact is immoral, and in some jurisdictions illegal.
  • Countermeasures: Advocate for transparent curricula, and petition for parental involvement in educational content on sex and gender. Encourage critical thinking and biological literacy through educational resources outside of school.

2. Media Representation and Reporting

  • Mechanism: Progressive media frequently presents stories of “trans success” or hardships to evoke sympathy and normalise gender identity as an immutable characteristic.
  • Countermeasures: Support media that prioritise objective reporting and present biological realities. Educate others on media literacy to help them analyse sources critically and distinguish opinion from fact.

3. Legislation Enshrining Gender Identity in Law

  • Mechanism: Laws in various countries protect gender identity, allowing individuals to self-identify without requiring medical or legal verification of biological sex.
  • Countermeasures: Advocate against legislative changes that conflict with biological sex-based protections, emphasising the potential harms to safeguarding policies and the rights of women and girls.

4. Social Media Influence and Peer Pressure

  • Mechanism: Platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube amplify “influencers” who normalise gender transition as an empowering journey, often directed toward young audiences.
  • Countermeasures: Promote digital literacy programs to help young people recognise and question social media influence. Support platforms that provide alternative viewpoints, and engage with content that celebrates biological diversity without endorsing ideological perspectives. Complain to the platforms promoting transgenderism.

5. Healthcare Policies and “Affirmative” Medical Models

  • Mechanism: Medical institutions often adopt gender-affirming protocols that may fast-track minors toward puberty blockers or hormone treatments without adequate psychological assessment.
  • Countermeasures: Support evidence-based healthcare policies that emphasise cautious, individualised psychosocial care. Encourage oversight boards to require rigorous scientific evidence for treatments involving minors.

6. Corporate Inclusion Programs and Diversity Training

  • Mechanism: Many workplaces require gender identity training, promoting the view that gender is fluid and pressuring employees to use preferred pronouns and adopt inclusive language.
  • Countermeasures: Challenge the necessity of mandated training programs, promoting respect and inclusion policies that acknowledge biological realities while treating all individuals with dignity. Do not specify pronouns.

7. Public Symbols and Cultural Symbols (e.g., Progress Flag)

  • Mechanism: Flags and symbols such as the Progress Pride Flag are widely displayed, reinforcing the visibility and legitimacy of gender ideology in public and institutional spaces.
  • Countermeasures: Advocate for neutral, inclusive symbols that represent all community members without specific ideological undertones. Promote initiatives that respect diverse viewpoints in shared public spaces. Highlight the problems with political symbolism.

8. Psychology and Mental Health Practices

  • Mechanism: The psychological field has, in many areas, adopted affirming models as standard practice, often viewing non-affirmation as harmful.
  • Countermeasures: Support mental health organisations that emphasise exploratory therapy and root-cause analysis over affirmation. Advocate for comprehensive training that encourages psychological assessments based on evidence rather than ideology. Challenge any policies on so-called ‘conversion therapy’ – these are often a Trojan Horse to install gender identity ideology.

9. Judicial Rulings and Court Decisions

  • Mechanism: Some courts have ruled in favour of gender identity protections, impacting everything from parental rights to school policies on bathrooms and sports.
  • Countermeasures: Participate in public advocacy and legal challenges that argue for the importance of sex-based protections. Provide evidence-based testimony and support for cases that emphasise biological sex in legal contexts.

10. Publishing and Censorship of Alternative Views

  • Mechanism: Publishers and social media platforms often censor or marginalise voices critical of gender ideology, reducing exposure to alternative viewpoints.
  • Countermeasures: Support platforms that uphold free speech and resist ideological censorship. Contribute to or consume media that offers balanced perspectives and fosters open debate on sex and gender. Ensure your subscriptions budget is spent wisely.

We all have a duty to end the indoctrination of our children. For us to succeed we must develop an intolerance for any promotion, validation, legitimisation, or advocacy, that upholds gender identity ideology.
