Welcome to Our Duty South Africa – a support network for parents standing against the social contagion of gender identity, and the medicalisation of gender confused and distressed children and vulnerable youth in South Africa.

If you are the parent of a child who suddenly says they are ‘trans’, ‘non-binary’ or some other ‘gender identity’, you may be feeling shocked and confused. You are not alone – you can join our international peer-to-peer support network of parents here.

To volunteer with us, or for enquiries please email at us at: za@ourduty.group. We can help to put parents in touch with safe, non-affirming medical and mental health practitioners in South Africa.

Our Duty South Africa supports LGB rights, and is secular and politically non-aligned.
