Children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
A starting point must be that a child with SEN is statistically at high risk of the socially contagious aspects of transgenderism. Therefore, such a child needs to be educated in an environment free from suggestions that a child can be transgender. Resources that are likely to confuse a child as regards the natural and immutable nature of their sex cannot be presented to a child who is at risk of taking such ideas and accepting them at face value, or taking them onboard as an excuse for their natural discomfort and unease they will have as a result of being ‘different’.
One mechanism that parents can employ to get legal protection is an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
